The scene: A few moments ago, Jer goofing with the doggboys in the other room, while Bec works on the Mac in the library.

Jer: "NananananananaDITKO! NananananananaDITKO!"

(Ditko frolics merrily about, inordinately pleased by the attention, and vents his ecstasy on the nearest dog toys.)

Jer: "NanananananananaROPEBONE! NananananananaBEAVER!"

Bec: (silence)

(ETA)Jer: "You know what would make a cool team-up? Ropebone and beaver."

Bec: *splorfle*

Jer: "You're thinking naughty thoughts, aren't you! What's wrong with ROPEBONE and BEAVER??"

Bec: "Well, it's so Eats, Shoots, and Leaves in the text in my head."

You forgot the the line before the splorfle - "You know what would make a cool team-up? Ropebone and beaver."
